Israel Aanu is the Chief Responsibility Officer of Rare-Breed Men Tribe, where he leads strategy, programme delivery, and partnerships. A PhD researcher in Human Resource Management, Israel is passionate about building safe, empowering spaces for Black and African men to grow in mental wellbeing, leadership, and legacy. He has pioneered key initiatives such as Thrive Together and Brothers on the Pitch, driving community impact across Scotland and beyond.
