Built on Brotherhood.
Rooted in Ubuntu.
where authentic friendship, mental wellbeing, and cultural pride are not luxuries.
They are the foundation.
“I am because you are.” — The Ubuntu philosophy at the heart of everything we do.
BROTHERHOOD
Build real, lasting friendships with African and Black men across Scotland. Whether for your career, your culture, or simply because every man needs his people.
MENTAL WELLBEING
Find safe spaces and honest conversations that put your wellbeing first. Because carrying the weight of life in a new country alone is not strength — it is unnecessary.
GROWTH
Celebrate who you are and who you are becoming. Through mentorship, community events, and shared purpose, we grow side by side.

Networking, Calm, and Growth
The Rare Breed Men Tribe in Scotland exists to connect, empower, and uplift African men across the nation.
More than a charity, we are a movement. From networking and sports to mental health and advocacy, we are here to make sure no brother walks alone.
* Creating safe spaces for men’s mental health.
* Hosting social and sporting events to fight isolation.
* Promoting positive African identity in Scottish society.
* Encouraging mentorship, skills, and community leadership.
Fueling Change Through Action
We do not wait for change to happen. We build it — through mentorship, sport, conversation, and community. Every programme we run, every brother we welcome, every space we create is a deliberate act of transformation. Not just for the men in the room, but for the families, communities, and Scotland they shape around them.
